KEEN: Engineering Unleashed
KEEN believes that there are two primary factors in an undergraduate engineering student‘s success: Skillset and Mindset. Traditional education focuses almost solely on developing students’ skillsets, thus KEEN is focused on developing students’ mindsets. By partnering with leading-edge universities, KEEN is training faculty in the components of Entrepreneurial Mindset.
The design portion of this project consisted of wireframing and designing the back-end forms for content to be uploaded by faculty. Rolled out in phases, the forms needed to accommodate three different curriculum types, including numerous variables and relationships within those as they are downloaded, reposted, and saved to create a new posting type. Design layout of their main website was also included.
Our development team then engineered this highly customized WordPress website creating a dynamic backend database to house KEEN's large knowledge base and social platform.
